Teleterapi

Teleterapi, also known as telehealth or telemental health, refers to the delivery of therapy services using telecommunications technology. The primary goal of teleterapi is to increase accessibility to mental health care, overcoming geographical barriers and offering convenience for individuals who may have difficulty attending in-person sessions due to distance, mobility issues, or busy schedules.

Both parties require a stable internet connection and a private space to ensure confidentiality.
