It is likely a non-medical or folk term used to describe conditions related to high blood sugar levels, most commonly diabetes mellitus. In everyday language, people might use "suhkurtõvega" to refer to the general state of having elevated glucose in their blood.

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by persistently high levels of blood glucose (hyperglycemia). This occurs because the body either doesn't produce enough insulin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar, or it cannot effectively use the insulin it produces.
