The Su-30MKK/MK2 is a Russian twin-engine, two-seat, all-weather, long-range fighter-bomber developed by Sukhoi. It is a derivative of the Su-27 Flanker family, specifically tailored for export to China. The Su-30MKK (Multi-Role, Combat, Modernized) designation refers to the initial variant ordered by the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF). The Su-30MK2 is a further development of the MKK, incorporating enhanced avionics and weapons capabilities, particularly for anti-ship strike missions.
