Strela3D

The Strela-3D is a 3D printing process that uses a hybrid approach combining selective laser sintering (SLS) and stereolithography (SLA) technologies. Developed by Farsoon Technologies, a Chinese multispectral 3D printing systems company, Strela-3D is designed to reduce layer stacking time while maintaining high print resolution and accuracy.

Compared to traditional SLA, Strela-3D incorporates multiple laser sources that can be selectively activated for each layer, allowing for faster layer formation and smaller moldless part size. Similar to SLS, the process does not require a part-specific mold to be fabricated, reducing production time and improving overall efficiency.

Strela-3D is offered as a production-grade 3D printing platform that can be used for diverse market applications, including areas such as aerospace, medical, and automotive. Supporting a wide range of materials, users can select among a variety of metal and polymer composites depending on the project requirements.
