Stjørdalen
Stjørdalen is a municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It is located in the central part of Trøndelag, along the Trondheimsfjord. The municipality was established in 1962 by the merger of the old municipalities of Nedre Stjørdal and Øvre Stjørdal. The administrative center of Stjørdalen is the town of Stjørdalshalsen.
