Srednee

Srednee is the transliteration of the Russian word среднее, a neuter form of the adjective Средний, used to express middle or average. The term appears in a wide range of everyday and technical contexts, conveying notions of central tendency, mid-position, or typical value.

Etymology and forms: среднее derives from the root sred-, meaning middle. Russian adjectives in the pair masculine, feminine, and neuter forms areСредний, средняя, and среднее, respectively.
