Sprühtauchreinigungen
Sprühtauchreinigungen, also known as spray immersion cleaning, is a two-stage industrial cleaning process used to remove contaminants from manufactured parts. It combines the benefits of both spray cleaning and immersion cleaning. The process typically begins with a high-pressure spray application of a cleaning solution onto the parts. This initial spray helps to dislodge and break down surface contaminants, oils, and greases. Following the spray phase, the parts are then fully submerged into a tank containing the same or a similar cleaning solution. This immersion stage allows for thorough rinsing and ensures that any loosened debris is effectively washed away from all surfaces, including intricate geometries and hidden areas. The cleaning solution used is usually a water-based detergent or solvent, chosen based on the type of contaminants to be removed and the material of the parts being cleaned. After the immersion phase, a rinsing stage, which can again involve spraying or immersion in clean water, is often performed to remove residual cleaning solution. Finally, the parts are dried, typically through heated air jets or ovens. This method is effective for cleaning a wide range of industrial components, from precision machined parts to complex assemblies, ensuring a high level of cleanliness required for subsequent manufacturing steps or final product performance.
