Spatterdashes

Spatterdashes, also known as gaiters or leggings, are protective coverings worn over the lower leg and ankle, typically extending from the shoe up to the knee. Their primary purpose is to shield the wearer's legs and clothing from mud, rain, snow, insects, and other debris.
