Sooidentiteet

Sooidentiteet, also known as social identity, refers to the part of a person's self-concept that is derived from their knowledge of their membership in social groups. This concept is central to social identity theory, which was developed by social psychologist Henri Tajfel. According to Tajfel, people form their self-identity based on their group memberships, and these group identities can influence their behavior, attitudes, and perceptions.
