Sisäpiiriläisiksi

Sisäpiiriläisiksi, which translates to "insiders" or "privileged individuals," is a Finnish term referring to individuals who possess confidential, non-public information about a publicly traded company. This information, often referred to as inside information, is not generally available to the public and, if it were to become known, could significantly influence an investor's decision to buy or sell the company's securities.

The group of sisäpiiriläisiksi typically includes company executives, board members, significant shareholders, and often close family members or associates of these individuals. The core principle behind restricting the use of inside information is to maintain fair and transparent capital markets.
