Sisendiväljad

Sisendiväljad, often translated as input fields, are fundamental elements in graphical user interfaces (GUIs) used for data entry. They allow users to provide information to an application or website. These fields can take various forms, each designed for specific types of input.

The most common type is a text input field, which accepts alphanumeric characters. This includes single-line text boxes for names or email addresses, and multi-line text areas for longer descriptions or comments. Password fields are a variation of text input, designed to mask the characters entered for security purposes, typically displaying them as dots or asterisks.

Other common sisendiväljad include checkboxes for selecting one or more options from a list, radio buttons for choosing a single option from a predefined set, and dropdown menus (also known as select boxes) that present a list of choices from which the user can select one. Sliders allow users to select a value within a range by moving a control, while date pickers provide a calendar interface for selecting dates. Buttons, such as submit buttons, are also considered input elements, as they trigger an action based on the user's input.

Clear labeling, appropriate input validation, and intuitive presentation help users navigate and interact with applications effectively.
