Siirtokäyrät

Siirtokäyrät, also known as transfer curves or characteristics curves, are graphical representations used in electronics and semiconductor physics to illustrate the relationship between input and output signals or parameters of a device. Typically, a siirtokäyrä plots the output current or voltage against the input current or voltage for a specific operating condition or configuration.

In the context of transistors, for example, a common siirtokäyrä shows how the drain current changes with the gate-source voltage. Different curves on the same graph might represent various drain-source voltage levels, revealing how the transistor's behavior is influenced by these parameters.
