Sidevalg
Sidevalg is a term used in publishing and printing to describe the selection of specific pages or sides of a document for a particular operation, such as printing, binding, or digital export. The term combines side, meaning a page or sheet side in Norwegian, with valg, meaning choice or selection. In practice, sidevalg enables a producer to include or exclude pages when producing a subset of a document, generating different editions, or preparing proofs.
