Shenzi

Shenzi is a fictional character from the *Lion King* franchise, created by Disney. She is one of the three hyenas that serve as antagonists in the 1994 animated film *The Lion King*. Alongside her siblings, Banzai and Ed, she forms the trio known as the Hyena Clan, which opposes Simba, the rightful heir to the throne of Pride Rock.

Shenzi is depicted as a large, muscular female hyena with a dominant and aggressive personality. Her name is derived from the Swahili word for "strength," reflecting her role as the leader of the hyenas.
