Serialbut

Serialbut is a term used to describe a type of serial killer who is not a psychopath. The term was coined by the author and psychologist, Robert D. Keppel, in his 1996 book "Serial Killers: The Psychopaths Among Us." Unlike psychopathic serial killers, serialbuts are not characterized by a lack of empathy, remorse, or guilt. Instead, they are driven by a mix of psychological factors, including personality disorders, mental illness, and environmental influences.

Serialbuts often exhibit a range of behaviors that can be attributed to their mental health issues. These may include impulsivity, aggression, and a lack of social skills.
