Seevakandeid

Seevakandeid is a genus of extinct marine reptiles belonging to the family Mosasauridae. These large, predatory lizards inhabited the oceans during the Late Cretaceous period, approximately 70 to 66 million years ago. Fossil evidence suggests that seevakandeid were distributed across various parts of the ancient world, with notable finds in North America and Europe.

The anatomy of seevakandeid indicates adaptations for an aquatic lifestyle. They possessed streamlined bodies, powerful tails, and flipper-like limbs, which would have aided in propulsion and maneuverability through water.
