Scrumkokoukset
Scrumkokoukset, often translated as Scrum meetings or Scrum events, are a set of prescribed gatherings within the Scrum framework designed to facilitate communication, inspection, and adaptation. These events provide structure and opportunities for the Scrum Team to collaborate and manage their work effectively. The core Scrum events include the Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. Each event has a specific purpose and time-box to ensure efficiency. Sprint Planning occurs at the beginning of each Sprint to define the work to be done. The Daily Scrum is a short, daily meeting for the Development Team to synchronize activities and create a plan for the next 24 hours. The Sprint Review takes place at the end of the Sprint to inspect the Increment and adapt the Product Backlog if needed. Finally, the Sprint Retrospective, also held at the end of the Sprint, focuses on inspecting how the last Sprint went with regards to people, relationships, processes, and tools, and to identify and order major items that went well and potential improvements. These structured interactions are crucial for making Scrum a lightweight yet powerful framework for managing complex projects.
