Schlachtensee
Schlachtensee is a lake located in the southwestern part of Berlin, Germany, within the borough of Steglitz-Zehlendorf. The lake is part of the Grunewald forest area and is one of the largest artificial lakes in the city, covering approximately 1.3 square kilometers. It was created in the late 19th century as part of a land reclamation project to expand the urban area of Berlin.
