Safloriöljyn, often referred to as safflower oil in English, is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the safflower plant (Carthamus tinctorius). It is also used in salad dressings, mayonnaise, and margarine. Beyond culinary uses, safflower oil can be found in some cosmetic products, such as lotions and soaps, due to its moisturizing properties.
