Saavutettavuusnäkökulma is the Finnish term for the accessibility perspective, an approach that emphasizes the design, development, and deployment of products, services, and environments that can be used by people with a wide range of abilities and disabilities. The concept derives from broader accessibility and universal design principles, but it is specifically adapted to the cultural, legislative, and technological context of Finland. Key objectives include ensuring that digital content such as websites, mobile applications, and software are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust, as well as facilitating physical access to public buildings, transportation, and cultural venues.

The Finnish Accessibility Act of 2013, as part of the broader digital inclusion strategy, provides legal requirements for public sector information services, public private partnerships, and procurement. The Act mandates conformance to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA for public websites and promotes an inclusive rollout of digital services.
