STkäyrien
STkäyrien is a term used in Finnish to describe ST-segment changes observed on an electrocardiogram (ECG). The ST-segment is the portion of the ECG tracing between the end of the QRS complex (ventricular depolarization) and the beginning of the T wave (ventricular repolarization). Deviations of the ST-segment from the baseline, either elevated or depressed, can be significant indicators of cardiac conditions.
ST-segment elevation (ST-segmentin nousu) is often associated with acute myocardial infarction (heart attack), particularly transmural infarction.
The interpretation of STkäyrien requires careful consideration of the patient's clinical presentation, medical history, and other
