Rõhuvastus

Rõhuvastus, often translated as pressure resistance or pressure durability, refers to the ability of a material, component, or system to withstand and maintain its functional integrity when subjected to external pressure. This property is crucial in numerous applications where components are exposed to significant hydrostatic or pneumatic forces.

The concept of rõhuvastus is fundamental in engineering design, particularly in fields like civil engineering, aerospace, marine engineering, and pressure vessel manufacturing. For instance, submarines and deep-sea exploration vehicles must possess high rõhuvastus to survive the immense pressures of the ocean depths.
