Rusttos is a fictional autonomous region situated in the northern archipelago of Eldrenor. In world-building materials, it is depicted as a maritime republic with a long tradition of metalwork and shipbuilding. The regional capital and largest city is Ironport, located on the bay of Northedge.

Geography and demography: The archipelago consists of seven major islands and numerous islets, connected by ferries and causeways. The climate is temperate maritime, with rocky coastlines and dense forests.
