Romnan

Romnan is a fictional sovereign state in the northern highlands of the imaginary continent of Eldoria. It covers about 42,000 square kilometers and has an estimated population of 1.2 million. The capital and largest city is Varn, located in the central lowlands along the Verin River. The terrain includes alpine north of the river and forested valleys to the south, with agriculture and small industries central to the economy.

Name and language: The name Romnan comes from a term meaning river in the national language, Romnan. Romnan is a pluricentric language with Romance and Slavic influences; it is the language of government, education, and daily life.
