Rombo

Rombo is the Italian term for rhombus, a polygon in geometry. A rhombus is a parallelogram with all sides equal in length. Opposite sides are parallel and opposite angles are equal. The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular and bisect each other, and each diagonal bisects the angles from which it is drawn. The area can be calculated as half the product of the diagonals, A = d1 × d2 / 2, or as A = a^2 sin(θ), where a is the side length and θ is an interior angle. Every rhombus is a parallelogram and, because all four sides are equal, a rhombus also qualifies as a kite. A square is a special case of a rhombus with right angles.

It
has

body
and

The
upper
side
is
typically
mottled
brown,
while
the
underside
is
pale.
Rombo
is
a
valued
food
fish,
prized
for
its
firm,
white
flesh
and
delicate
flavor.
It
is
commonly
sold
fresh,
filleted,
and
prepared
by
grilling,
baking,
or
poaching.
