Riskimportance

Riskimportance is a concept used to describe the combined effect of the probability of an event occurring and the impact or consequence if that event does occur. It is a fundamental element in risk management, helping to prioritize which risks require the most attention and resources.

The importance of a risk is not solely determined by how likely it is to happen.
