Rendszermemória

Rendszermemória, a Hungarian term, translates to "system memory" or "system storage" in English. It broadly refers to the physical storage devices and the mechanisms through which a computer system accesses and manages data. This encompasses various components that are crucial for the operation of any computing device.

At its core, rendszermemória includes both primary and secondary storage. Primary memory, often referred to as RAM (Random Access Memory), is volatile and used for actively running programs and their data. It provides fast access to information that the CPU needs frequently. Secondary storage, on the other hand, is non-volatile and used for long-term data retention. This includes hard disk drives (HDDs), solid-state drives (SSDs), and other forms of persistent storage.
