RelativeLayout is useful when you need precise control over the placement of UI elements, especially when their positions depend on other elements within the same layout. It can help avoid the need for nested layouts, which can sometimes lead to performance issues. However, excessive nesting of RelativeLayouts can also become complex to manage and may not be the most efficient solution for very intricate UIs.
