Reintegrative

Reintegrative is an adjective that describes the process or quality of bringing together separate parts or elements into a whole, or of restoring something to a state of unity or completeness. It suggests a process of healing, repair, or rejoining after a period of separation, disruption, or fragmentation. The term is often used in contexts where something has been broken down, scattered, or alienated and is now being made whole again.

In organizational studies, it could describe efforts to unify different departments or teams within a company that have become siloed. In essence, anything that involves restoring unity, coherence, or functionality through rejoining or reassembly can be described as reintegrative.
