Reinigte

Reinigte is a coastal municipality in the fictional nation of Veridia. Located on the northern shore of the Veridian Sea, it covers about 38 square kilometers and had a population of roughly 12,000 as of 2022. The town sits beside the Reine River and is edged by pine forests to the south. The climate is temperate maritime, with mild summers and steady rains.

History: Reinigte began as a small fishing village in the 12th century. It developed into a regional market town in the 16th century and later expanded through shipbuilding and timber industries. In the 20th century it diversified into services, logistics, and tourism.

Economy: The harbor serves fishing boats and passenger ferries. A light industrial park hosts wood products and electronics firms.
