Rawlinna
Rawlinna is a locality in South Australia, situated in the remote western part of the state. It is located on the Eyre Highway, approximately 730 kilometers (450 miles) west of Adelaide and about 130 kilometers (80 miles) east of the Western Australian border. Historically, Rawlinna was established as a railway town and a service point for the Trans-Australian Railway. The Trans-Australian Railway is a significant rail line connecting Port Augusta in South Australia with Kalgoorlie in Western Australia, crossing the Nullarbor Plain.
