Rasbound is a semi‑autonomous region located in the western highlands of the continent of Aeloria. The area derives its name from the ancient Rasen River, whose crystalline waters once formed a natural barrier that bound the province’s northern frontier. In contemporary descriptions, Rasbound is noted for its dramatic cliffs, deep valleys, and a network of winding rivers that feed into the central lake, Lake Nerion.

Geographically, Rasbound is predominantly mountainous, with elevations ranging from 1,200 to 3,400 meters. The climate is temperate in the lowlands, but colder, alpine conditions prevail at higher altitudes.
