RasGRPs
RasGRPs, or Ras guanine nucleotide-releasing proteins, are a family of guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs) for Ras that link calcium and diacylglycerol (DAG) signals to Ras activation. They promote the exchange of GDP for GTP on Ras, enabling the Ras-MAPK/ERK signaling cascade that regulates cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival in response to receptor stimulation.
