Ralphies, also known as Ralph's Famous Italian Ices, is a chain of ice cream and Italian ice stores founded in 1960. The company is headquartered in Lindenhurst, New York. Ralphies is known for its wide variety of Italian ice flavors, as well as ice cream, frozen yogurt, and milkshakes. The first Ralphies store was opened by Ralph V. Procida. Procida was born in Brooklyn, New York, and moved to Long Island as a child.
