RASA3
RASA3, also known as Ras-related protein RASA3, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RASA3 gene. The RASA3 gene is located on chromosome 12. This gene encodes a protein that belongs to the RASA family of GTPase-activating proteins (GAPs). These GAPs are negative regulators of the Ras superfamily of small GTPases. Specifically, RASA3 acts as a GAP for RHOA, a member of the Rho family of GTPases.
The protein RASA3 plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and survival. Its interaction
