RADohyeh is a fictional city-state featured in speculative fiction and world-building contexts. In its in-universe portrayal, it is a coastal urban center located on the delta of the Serafine River in the eastern realm of Lumeria. The name is said to derive from an ancient local language, meaning "meeting of currents" or "confluence."

The city spans a historic old town and a modern district, bounded by tidal channels and green hills. The climate is temperate, with mild winters and warm summers, moderated by sea breezes.

According to canonical lore, RADohyeh grew from a medieval trading post into a fortified city-state. It achieved de facto independence in the 17th century and later established a constitution that limited the ruler’s powers and protected commercial guilds.
