Rühmaõpetajaks

Work settings for rühmaõpetajad are primarily public or private kindergartens (lasteaed) and other institutions that organize child groups. The role is distinct from that of klassijuhataja in primary schools, which focuses on older children, but both positions emphasize pedagogical leadership, development monitoring, and cooperation with parents.
