PublicGoodsSpiele are a class of strategic experiments and theoretical models used to study cooperation and the provision of resources that benefit all members of a group. In these games, each participant receives an initial endowment and can choose how much of it to contribute to a common pool. The total contributions are then multiplied by a predefined factor and distributed among all players, often equally. The setup captures a social dilemma: while the group would be better off if everyone contributed, individuals have an incentive to contribute less or nothing.
