Prozesskapabilität refers to the ability of a manufacturing or business process to consistently produce outputs that meet specified requirements. It is a measure of how well a process performs over time and is often expressed in terms of statistical indices like Cp and Cpk. These indices quantify the variation within a process relative to the allowable tolerance limits. A capable process is one that can achieve the desired quality and performance targets with a high degree of reliability.
