Proteinstrukturanalyse refers to the methods and techniques used to determine the three-dimensional structure of proteins. Computational methods, including homology modeling and ab initio structure prediction, are also vital, especially when experimental data is limited or unavailable. These computational approaches leverage known protein structures to predict the structure of new proteins or build models based on physicochemical principles.
