In its basic form, Prooftyön seeks to couple deliverables with cryptographic proofs and trusted attestations so that a decentralized network can validate, timestamp, and aggregate contributions into a tamper-evident record.

Mechanisms typically involve: task definitions with measurable deliverables and acceptance criteria; generation of proofs such as digital signatures, artifact hashes, and time stamps; and a validation layer in which peers or stake-bearing nodes attest to the correctness of outputs. These proofs may be stored on a blockchain or in a distributed ledger and can be tied to smart contracts for compensation, reputation, or governance rights.
