Core components typically include coverage (how completely the population is captured), accuracy (statistical error in counts), timeliness (currency of data), and coherence (consistency across data sources). Each dimension is commonly normalized to a 0–1 scale, and combined through a weighted sum or through probabilistic fusion methods.
