Poistoilmaa

Poistoilmaa, often translated as exhaust air or stale air, refers to the air that has been used within a building or enclosed space and is then expelled from that space. This air typically contains elevated levels of moisture, carbon dioxide, and various indoor pollutants such as volatile organic compounds (VOCs), dust, and odors. The process of removing poistoilmaa is a crucial component of mechanical ventilation systems.

In residential and commercial buildings, ventilation systems are designed to exchange indoor air with fresh outdoor air. This exchange is vital for maintaining indoor air quality, preventing the buildup of pollutants, and controlling humidity levels.
