PlzeSouth is a planned district in the city of Plzeň in the Czech Republic. Located in the southern portion of the city, it is envisioned as a mixed-use neighborhood that combines housing, offices, services, and green space to complement the historic center.

Planning and development of PlzeSouth began in the 2010s as part of Plzeň’s urban growth strategy. A master plan adopted in the late 2010s outlines phased development over the subsequent decades, with the aim of creating a walkable, sustainable outer district. The project is coordinated by the City of Plzeň’s planning department in collaboration with private developers, utilities, and public institutions, and it remains subject to public consultation and regulatory approvals.
