They are the evolved forms of Pidgey and Pidgeotta, which themselves evolve from Pidgeotto upon reaching level 36. In appearance, Pidgeottos resemble large, gray birds with brown wings and a white belly. They are slightly larger than their pre-evolutionary forms, with more pronounced features such as a slightly curved beak and a more streamlined body.
