PhosphoGRID
PhosphoGRID is a publicly accessible database that curates experimentally validated phosphorylation sites and kinase–substrate relationships, with a focus on Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It collects high-confidence in vivo phosphorylation events reported in the scientific literature and maps them to specific residues on target proteins. Each entry typically includes the phosphorylated residue and position, the protein involved, the experimental evidence supporting the modification, the cellular context or condition under which the site was observed, and the reference to the published study. When known, the responsible kinase or kinase complex is noted, enabling users to trace signaling relationships within the yeast phosphoproteome.
The data in PhosphoGRID are curated from peer-reviewed publications and are designed to support systematic analyses
