Pelnar is a fictional coastal city and regional capital in the Veridian Federation. Located on the northern coast of the Veridian continent, it sits at the mouth of the Verin River and serves as a major maritime and commercial hub. The name Pelnar derives from the Veridian language, meaning "harbor of trade."

History: Founded in 1243 by the Pelden merchant guild, Pelnar grew as a trading port under competing dynasties. It gained city rights in 1345 and became the federation's primary gateway to the sea after the construction of the Skyline Bridge in 1892. The city experienced industrial growth in the 20th century, followed by diversification into services and technology.
