Pekoras
Pekoras are a breed of domestic cat originating from the United States. They are known for their distinctive appearance, with a short, dense coat that is typically black or black and white. The breed was developed in the 1960s by crossing Siamese cats with Abyssinian cats, resulting in a cat with a short coat and Siamese-like markings. Pekoras are medium-sized cats, with a muscular build and a round face. They have large, round eyes and a short, rounded muzzle. The breed is known for its friendly and affectionate personality, making them popular as pets. Pekoras are generally healthy cats, with a lifespan of 12 to 15 years. They are known for their vocal nature and are often referred to as "talking cats." The breed is recognized by the Cat Fanciers' Association (CFA) and the International Cat Association (TICA).
