Parasnath
Parasnath, also known as Parasnath Hill or Siddhakshetra, is a hill in the Indian state of Jharkhand. It is the highest peak in Jharkhand, rising to about 1,350 meters above sea level, and is part of the Parasnath Range in the Giridih district. The hill is a major site of Jain pilgrimage and is closely associated with Parshwanath, the 23rd Tirthankara in Jainism. Its name is derived from this Tirthankar.
