Pansages

Pansages is a fictional creature that appears in the Pokémon franchise. It is a Grass-type Pokémon introduced in Generation V. Pansages are small, primate-like Pokémon known for their leafy crests and playful nature. They are often found in forests and jungles.

Pansages evolve into Simisages after being exposed to a Leaf Stone. Simisages are larger and more powerful, retaining their Grass-typing. In battles, Pansages are known for their speed and their ability to learn a variety of Grass-type moves. They can also learn other types of attacks, making them versatile in combat.

The design of Pansages is inspired by monkeys and tropical vegetation. Their leafy topknot is a prominent feature, and their tails are often depicted as being vine-like. In the anime, Pansages are often shown as energetic and curious, sometimes getting into mischief due to their playful personalities.

Pansages are part of a trio of elemental monkeys, with Pansear (Fire-type) and Panpour (Water-type) being their counterparts. Each member of the trio evolves into a similar-looking, more powerful form when exposed to their respective elemental stone. Pansages are often considered the most agile of the three. Their abilities focus on swift attacks and debuffing opponents.
